| Description | We, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("THBEV"), refer to our announcement on April 28, 2016, in relation to the grant of shareholders' approval at the 2016 Annual General Meeting held on April 28, 2016 for the proposed changes to the Registered Capital of THBEV and the consequential amendment to THBEV's Memorandum of Association, as described in the Document to Shareholders dated April 7, 2016 (the "Changes to Registered Capital"). These changes were for the purposes of facilitating the implementation of the new ThaiBev Long Term Incentive Plan. THBEV would like to update shareholders that the Changes to Registered Capital have been duly registered with the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand. Accordingly, amended Clause 4 of THBEV's Memorandum of Association now reflects that THBEV's existing Registered Capital is Baht 25,155,025,000, divided into 25,155,025,000 shares of Baht 1 each.
